1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged Products: Products are only eligible for return if they are damaged during the delivery process. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the damaged product.

2. Return Process

    Please email us at contact@sajdahan.com within 2 days of receiving the damaged product. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the damage
    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Step 2: Return Approval
    Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided. If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Step 3: Return Shipping
    If instructed to return the product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please use the return label provided and ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

3. Refunds and Replacements

  • Upon receiving the returned damaged product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Replacements: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship a new product to you at no additional cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any products that are not damaged during delivery or are returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return.
